What is TENS ?
By transcutaneous nerve stimulation an electrical signal is transmitted through the skin to act on the underlying nerves, there by inhibiting their transmission of the pain message to the brain. This technique has been used for many years in leading universities and hospital all over the world as a safe, comfortable and effective method of pain control without side-effects. |
